Bin rental in Stonebridge
Stonebridge is one of Saskatoon's large master-planned communities in the city's south end, largely built out over the past two decades with detached homes, townhouses and retail. The bin demand skews to new-build finishing, garage and fence builds, landscaping on newer lots, and homeowner renovations as the first wave of homes ages. Generous lots and driveways mean a 20- or 30-yard roll-off usually fits without needing the street. Saskatchewan adds GST plus PST on top of base and tipping fees.
Placement and disposal
A bin on your own driveway or property needs no permit. If a container has to sit on a city street, Saskatoon requires a Right-of-Way (ROW) Permit under Traffic Bylaw 7200 — many operators arrange it for you. Self-haul loads go to the Saskatoon Regional Waste Management Centre at 42 Valley Road, with a seasonal Compost Depot at Highway 7 and 11th Street.
