These terms apply to your use of Dumpsters Rental (the “site”). By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are

Dumpsters Rental is a marketplace that connects people who need a dumpster with independent local operators. We do not own dumpsters, rent them out, or carry out the waste-removal service ourselves. The operator you choose provides the service under their own terms, and any agreement for dumpster rental is between you and that operator.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory and able to enter a binding agreement to request a quote. If you request a quote on behalf of a household or business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative only — a guide to typical costs, not a quote or an offer. Your actual price is set by the operator based on your job, location, waste type, included weight allowance, disposal or tipping fees, taxes and rental length. Always confirm the final price and terms directly with the operator before booking.

Accuracy of site content

We work to keep the information on the site — including operator details, service areas, dumpster sizes, indicative prices, permit notes and disposal-facility information — accurate and useful. Much of it is compiled from public sources (including operators’ own websites and municipal sources) with the assistance of automated tools, and it may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors. It is general guidance, not professional, legal or municipal advice. Always verify permit requirements, disposal rules and current pricing directly with the operator and your municipality before you rely on them.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information when requesting a quote, and confirm details — including any permit requirements for placing a dumpster on the road, boulevard or right-of-way — with your chosen operator. You are responsible for what you put in the dumpster and for complying with the operator’s rules and your municipality’s bylaws.

Operator listings

We list operators we’ve researched as real, operating businesses using information from their own and other public sources. Listing is not an endorsement, and we don’t guarantee any operator’s availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship or conduct. Any agreement for dumpster rental is between you and the operator.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: submit false or another person’s details; interfere with or disrupt the site or its security (including the anti-spam measures on our forms); or scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site’s content or operator data for your own commercial use. We may suspend access we reasonably believe is misusing the site.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, layout, design and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own, non-commercial purpose of arranging a dumpster rental; you may not otherwise copy, republish or exploit it without our permission.

Liability

We provide the site “as is” and “as available” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim warranties and are not liable for the acts, omissions, services, licensing, insurance or pricing of operators, or for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, except where applicable law entitles you to bring a claim in your home province.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
